Team Safeway/Bicycles Plus/PureRed Creative Takes Nor Cal MCL Lead.

Feb 7th, 2010 - The Cherry Pie Criterium

Team Safeway's Dan Martin made the winning break of six riders before the midway point and scored both 2 point preems as well as a full 8 point score in the final finish. Betonte and Weissenberger also scored for Safeway. HDR Racing presented by Lombardi Sports scored 15 points giving them a solid second place standing over Fightin' Bobas and Third Pillar who are both tied for third. Next Nor Cal MCL race is on March 13th in Monterey at the canucks tickets.
